Introducing 'Early bird' and 'Sibling' tuition fee discounts!

Do you pride yourself on getting things done early? Or do you have siblings maybe? In either case, at the Albert Szent-Györgyi Medical school, that will secure you discounts! We offer discounts to siblings and students admitted early in the admission period beginning in the 2024/2025 academic year.

The following discounts will be available from the 2024/2025 academic year:

Early bird discount: Students who are admitted to the first year medical program of the Albert Szent-Györgyi Medical School or the Foundation Year program of the University of Szeged prior to April 30 will receive a 300 euro discount that is deducted from their tuition fees of their very first semester. In the case of Foundation Year students, the 300 euro discount will cover the application fee for any health science program.

Sibling discount: Siblings (brothers/sisters) receive a 300 euro discount every semester in which both—or more—of them have an active student status. In the event that such students pay 50% of the full amount of their tuition fees, this discount is reduced to 150 euros per semester. If one of the siblings involved has a passive student status in a semester, the discount is suspended for the duration of the passive student status. In case one sibling's student status is terminated, the discount will no longer apply to the other sibling(s).
