A Szegedi Tudományegyetem a 2025/2026. tanévre az alábbi feltételekkel írja ki az Egyetemi Doktori Kiválósági Ösztöndíjak pályázatát.
Valamennyi aktív státuszú magyar, állami ösztöndíjas hallgató jogosult havi 60.000 Ft-os kiegészítő ösztöndíjra. A tudományos eredmények függvényében 70.000 vagy 100.000 Ft-os kiválósági+ ösztöndíjra magyar és a magyar hallgatókkal azonos elbírálás alá eső külföldi (pl. Stipendium Hungaricum) ösztöndíjas hallgatók pályázhatnak abban az esetben, ha nem rendelkeznek EKÖP, illetve KDP ösztöndíjjal.
A kiválósági+ ösztöndíj pályázatokat a MODULO rendszeren keresztül kell benyújtani. A MODULO rendszerben egyetlen pályázati űrlap érhető el, ahol a releváns dokumentumokat, igazolásokat fel kell tölteni.
A 60.000 Ft-os ösztöndíj valamennyi aktív státuszú magyar, állami ösztöndíjas hallgatónak jár, amire nem kell a MODULO-ban pályázni.
Pályázat benyújtásának és elbírálásának menete:
A doktori iskolák 2025. szeptember 12-ig frissítik a bírálati szempontrendszert.
- Benyújtási időszak: 2025. szeptember 15. – október 07. 12.00 óra (a benyújtási időszak meghosszabbítására nincs lehetőség!)

A doktori iskolák 2025. október 27-ig elbírálják a pályázatokat, és jelöléseiket megküldik az Egyetemi Doktori Intézet részére.
- A rangsorról az Egyetemi Doktori Tanács 2025. október 30-ei rendkívüli ülésén szavaz.
- Az ösztöndíjat elnyert hallgatók részére a Hallgatói Szolgáltatói Iroda 2025. novemberében – szeptemberre visszamenőleg – folyósítja az ösztöndíj(ak)at.
A hallgatók aktív státuszát a 2025/2026. tanév II. félévének elején ellenőrizzük, ösztöndíj a tavaszi félévre is csak akkor jár, ha a doktorandusz aktív státusszal rendelkezik.
A pályázatok elbírálása a Kiválósági Doktori Ösztöndíjak pontozási rendszere alapján, az adott doktori iskola által meghatározottak szerint történik. Tájékoztatót a pontrendszert illetően lásd a Bírálati Szempontok menüpontban.
The University of Szeged invites applications for University Doctoral Excellence Scholarships for the whole academic year of 2025/2026 academic year under the following conditions.
All Hungarian state scholarship students with active status are entitled to an additional scholarship of HUF 60,000 per month. Depending on the academic results, Hungarian and foreign nationals having a state scholarship (including Stipendium Hungaricum scholarships) can apply for an Excellence+ scholarship of HUF 70,000 or HUF 100,000 if they do not have an EKÖP or KDP scholarship.
In the cases of Excellence+ scholarships, applications must be submitted through the MODULO system. Only one application form is available in the MODULO system; and the relevant documents and certificates must be uploaded via this form. The HUF 40,000 scholarship is available to all holders of a Hungarian state scholarship with active status students without any application via the MODULO system.
Application submission and evaluation process:
Doctoral schools will update their the criterial aspects by 12 September 2025.
- Submission period: September 15 – till noon October 7, 2025. (The submission deadline will not be prolonged!)

The doctoral schools will evaluate the applications until October 27, 2025, and send their nominations to the University Doctoral Institute.
- The ranking will be voted on by the University Doctoral Council on its extraordinary meeting on October 30, 2025.
- The Student Services Office will pay the scholarship(s) to the students who won the scholarship in November 2025 - retroactively to September.
The active student status will be reviewed in the spring semester of the academic year, since the scholarships might be provided only to those students, who have an active student status in the spring semester, too.
