Medikus Kupa (Medical Student's Championship)

The four Medical Faculties of Hungary compete each year to win the Medical Student's Cup (Medikus Kupa) in five sports: Handball, Football, Volleyball, Basketball and Waterpolo.
The 3-day event takes place every year in one of the four cities with Medical Faculties: Szeged, Pécs, Budapest and Debrecen.
You can cheer for your university during the games, and at the end of the day a huge party awaits with all of the medical students from around the country.

News
Following a thorough self-evaluation process covering several areas and an on-site visit by the Accreditation Committee, the Albert Szent-Györgyi Medical School at the University of Szeged has been granted accreditation by the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) for eight years, until 15 December 2031.
