Prof. Jean-Marc Cavaillon’s Opening Lecture at the Faculty of Medicine

Prof. Dr. Jean-Marc Cavaillon, former director of the Pasteur Institute in Paris will hold a lecture on „Sepsis: an old disease and a new WHO global health priority - The legacy of Ignaz Semmelweis” at 10.00 a.m. on the 4th of September 2018 (Tuesday) at TIK Congress Center related to the Semmelweis Anniversary.
We kindly invite everyone interested, professors, students and especially our freshmen.
The absence of students from other classes will be accepted if the attendance sheet is signed before the opening lecture.

Following a thorough self-evaluation process covering several areas and an on-site visit by the Accreditation Committee, the Albert Szent-Györgyi Medical School at the University of Szeged has been granted accreditation by the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) for eight years, until 15 December 2031.
